Sculpted Spaces For Contemporary Villa

The Challenge

Designing a contemporary residential block in Bulgaria that responds to both climatic conditions and the surrounding landscape while creating a memorable architectural identity. The project required balancing privacy, functionality, and visual openness within a compact G+1 residential layout.

The Concept

The design is shaped around steep sloping roof forms and soft curvilinear landscape elements that create a dramatic arrival experience. Clean volumes are paired with flowing outdoor spaces to establish a dialogue between structure and nature, while large openings and layered spatial planning enhance natural light, ventilation, and everyday living comfort.

The Outcome

The residence emerged as a sculptural yet functional home defined by dynamic rooflines, landscaped courts, and warm material textures. The combination of contemporary geometry and fluid outdoor planning creates a calm residential environment that feels both distinctive and connected to its natural setting.
